Trauma-informed breathwork & somatic therapy

Exhale the noise. Come home to the body.

A gentle, powerful space to slow down, feel, release and reconnect — through conscious connected breath, somatic practice and nervous-system awareness.

The work

You don't need to become someone else to feel better.

Rather than simply thinking our way through challenges, I believe the body holds an enormous amount of wisdom. Our experiences, emotions, stress and protective patterns live in the nervous system — and show up in the way we breathe, move, relate and react.

Through breath and body-based practice, I create a safe, supportive space to explore those patterns and develop a deeper relationship with yourself. Sessions can support emotional release, greater self-awareness, regulation, grounding and a sense of coming home to the body.

What to expect

How it works

01

Discovery call

A free, unhurried conversation to meet, listen and see whether we're a good fit — before any session is booked.

02

The session

Guided conscious connected breathwork and somatic practice, held at your pace — there is no pressure to force an experience.

03

Integration

Space to land, reflect and carry the work forward — so it becomes something you live, not just something you did.

The space

Slow, safe, held
